- Location – Horsham, PA - hybrid
What’s a typical day like? You’ll be:
- Provides a wide range of administrative support to Sr. Management
- Schedules and coordinates meetings, makes appointments and travel arrangements.
- Coordinates, prepares and edits reports and presentations.
- Prepares memorandums.
- Organizes files, performs data entry, and maintains accurate records.
- Prepares expense reports and process invoices, maintains financial and expense records.
- Collects and prepares information for management use.
- Handles confidential information.
- Greets vendors and visitors.
This job might be an outstanding fit for those who:
- High School degree or GED required.
- 5 plus years of related experience highly preferred
- Intermediate to Advanced level Microsoft Office software programs. Ariba and Concur a plus
- Must be able to multitask in a dynamic team environment, with little direction, and be detailed oriented with strong organization skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills needed.
