We are currently assisting our client, an industrial manufacturer, with a Production Manager search in the Canton, OH area.
Responsibilities:
- Will be responsible for overseeing hourly employees in a food manufacturing process.
- Will mentor, train, and coach the hourly employees while holding them accountable to reach production targets.
- Will ensure a safe work environment for the hourly employees.
Requirements:
- Experience with dairy food manufacturing
- Good Leadership skills
- Team player
