Job description
As a Controls System Engineer you will be responsible for:
- Working directly with customers/associates as an lead member of the multidisciplinary sustaining engineering team.
- Developing and designing control architecture, panels and wiring drawings either as improvements to existing designs or as part of new product development.
- Ensuring electrical component and system designs have appropriate analytical verification, production level validation, and field-testing.
- 2+ years of configuration experience within OSI PI software platform.
- Configure PI applications per design specifications (Data Archive, AF, SQL, PI Vision, PI RtReports).
- Working with other engineers, technicians and designers in a team environment to foster a creative workplace, allowing for new ideas while embracing speed and excellence.
- Validation per GMP standards of all PI system components.
- Maintaining Technical Regulations and Standards (TRS) for the business
- Strong OSI PI experience
- Mentor less experienced engineers.
- Some travel to customer sites in area and occasionally out of state

- Have a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer or Chemical Engineering
- Working knowledge and experience with GDP, cGMP procedures, and engineering practices on pharmaceutical/biotech production processes, facilities, and equipment.
- Have excellent problem-solving and communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Have excellent judgment and decision-making ability
- Extensive knowledge of life science batch process
- Authorized to work in USA without company sponsorship

Salary: $90,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
