Client is seeking full-time Survey Managers at two locations including Richmond, Virginia and Williamsburg, Virginia (in-office). Typical services include boundary surveys, topographic surveys, ALTA surveys, boundary line adjustments, construction as-built / stakeout, builder packages, etc.
Required:
- VA Professional Land Surveyor;
- 5 years’ experience in land development & public works projects in the United States;
- supporting teams for subdivisions, site plans, rezoning;
- supervising others;
- relationships and experience working with local municipalities and approval agencies.
- Must be authorized to work in the US. Client does NOT offer visa sponsorship.
