Allegiance Behavioral Health is a leading outpatient mental health facility dedicated to providing exceptional patient care and services. We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced counselor to join our dynamic team.
Allegiance Behavioral Health offers mental health services to children over the age of 5, adolescents, and adults.
We are seeking a mental health therapist who is interested in innovative types of therapy, and an opportunity to join a new organization. You will have the opportunity to be highly involved in different communities and to focus on therapies outside of the traditional face-to-face sessions.
Job Overview:
As a clinical staff member at Allegiance Behavioral Health you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating with other staff within our facility. You will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards for your clients and their needs.
Responsibilities:
- Be in the office for the client's appointments
- Diagnosing mental health clients
- Creating and implementing treatment plans
- Refer clients to needed services
- Must have the ability to work with a wide variety of clients and mental health disorders
- See new and recurring clients in office
- Be able to work with interpreters for all types of cultures and language barriers
- Adhere to professional ethics and licensing guidelines of the profession
- Ensure all documentation is completed in a timely manner.
- Conduct CDA (Comprehensive Diagnostic Assessment) for new and reoccurring clients
- See clients in crisis
- Report when necessary
- Time management
- Cultivate and maintain positive working relationships with team members to create an environment in which the entire team can thrive.
- Collaborating with other medical professionals and specialists
- See clients of all ages
- Send referrals for other treatments
- Keep a professional work and office environment
- Follow your code of ethics, policies and procedures
Experience and qualifications:
- Master's degree (or higher) in the human services field
- Licensed in the state of Idaho
- Licensed: (LMSW, LCSW, LPC, LCPC, LMFT, PhD Psychologist, or PsyD)
- Ability to see clients in person
- Ability to pass a background check
- Strong understanding of documentation, patient care practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to diagnose clients based on your knowledge
- Strong understanding of mental health
- Organization skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with Optum Idaho/Medicaid-funded programs is preferred

Allegiance Behavioral Health Salaries:
With a full caseload of 25-32 Clients per week
LPC: $95k - $105K Starting.
LMSW: $95k - $105K Starting.
LMFT: $90k - $100k Starting.
LCPC: $105K - $115K Starting.
LCSW: $105K - $115K Starting.
Psychiatric NP: $130K -140k Starting.
PhD Psychologist, or PsyD: $125k-135K Starting.
