Opportunity for a building automation/controls design or application engineer to join a leading Dallas based control system integrator.
You will be responsible for:
- Create control drawings in VISIO
- System Architecture and layouts
- Ensure proper electrical wiring diagrams
- Drafting sequences of operations
- Collaborating with internal programmers, project managers and sales engineers on scope of works
- Creating bill of material
- Wiring termination and panel layout detailing
The ideal candidate will have the following experience:
- Experience working as a controls design or application engineer
- Capable of creating control drawings, electrical wiring diagrams and sequence of operations
- VISIO knowledge
- Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems and HVAC controls
- Ability to interpret MEP plans and specs.
The role is based in the office in the Mid-Cities region of Dallas.
