Community hospital part of a system looking to bring on a Director Facilities!
Overall operation of the Support Services Departments and the appearance and working order of all buildings and clinics. Areas include maintaining the exterior of the hospital, parking lots, common areas, maintaining all equipment in patient rooms, conducting safety inspections and training staff on safety and emergency procedures, and working with vendors.
- Bachelor’s Degree in field of architecture, engineering, facilities management or similar related field.
- 3 + years experience in facilities management/leadership, construction administration and project management in a hospital setting.
- Experience in the application of various building and life safety codes/standards managed by local, state, federal, and national regulatory agencies
- ASHE Certified Health Care Facilities Manager (CHFM)
- ASHE Certified Healthcare Environmental Services Professional (CHESP)
