Job Description: We are looking for an entry-level organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator with exposure to Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, and general office functions. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining financial records, coordinating payments and invoices, and supporting day-to-day office operations.
Responsibilities:
- Assist accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including processing invoices, issuing payments, and reconciling accounts.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and clients regarding billing and payments.
- Handle general office administrative tasks such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, ordering supplies and other tasks that may be assigned.
- Maintain accurate and organized filing systems both electronically and physically.
- Support the office manager and team members as needed.
Requirements:
- Exposure to accounts payable, accounts receivable, or a similar financial/administrative role.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Knowledge of basic financial principles and practices.
- Prior experience in an office administration role.
