- Managing an advertising budgeting, and overseeing its implementation
- Collaborating with regional leaders to align on supply and demand
- Internal coaching others on recruitment best practices
- Reporting and data analytics
- ATS management

- 5+ years experience in recruitment, specifically in high-volume temporary staffing
- Held positions both as a recruiter, as well as more senior roles of leadership and responsibility within the recruitment or talent acquisition function
- Expertise building and maintaining applicant tracking systems
- Demonstrated skill in finding, analyzing and utilizing data
- The ability to make connections within and across lines, and use these to positively influence others
You’ll stand out if you have:
- Management experience of direct reports
- Held responsibility for an advertising budget
- A connection to education
Application requirements:
- Up-to-date resume
- Two recent and supervisory references
- Personalized cover letter that addresses the question ' What does it mean to you to BE GREAT in the workplace?'
