Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the design team to develop and refine architectural concepts.
- Participate in project planning, ensuring timelines and milestones are met.
- Create conceptual designs, sketches, and 3D models.
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, construction documents, and specifications.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve design issues, and ensure compliance with project plans.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- 1-3 years of professional experience with a strong portfolio of architectural projects.
- High proficiency in Revit.
- Solid understanding of architectural principles, building codes, and construction methods.
- Ability to create detailed 2D and 3D architectural representations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration within a multidisciplinary team.
- Detail-oriented, with excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Capable of working under pressure to meet deadlines while maintaining high standards of accuracy and quality.
