Seeking a Production Manager to lead our client’s production team, driving operational success. You will oversee daily operations, ensure production schedules and quality standards are met, while fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Operations: Direct supervisors and production staff to align with company values and operational goals. Champion a safety-first culture, enforce protocols, and lead incident reporting.
- Production & Quality: Monitor schedules, processes, and resources to meet customer and company requirements efficiently. Conduct audits and collaborate with the Quality Department for high-quality production.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify automation opportunities and implement lean manufacturing principles to enhance processes. Analyze metrics, track performance, and recommend improvements for operational excellence.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years in production management, strong background in manufacturing operations.
- Proven ability in team leadership and development.
- Skilled in troubleshooting, processing, and maintaining production equipment. Proficient in Excel and Word.
- Ability to interpret and apply safety rules, work procedures, and technical documents effectively.
Education:
Bachelor's degree preferred in Industrial Management, Production Management, or related field.

Lean Six Sigma, PMP, CPIM.
RCA, SPC, OEE, QMS (ISO 9001), VSM, TPM.
AITF 16949, ISO 14001
