Your Day-to-Day
Candidate Engagement
- Sourcing top talent using advanced Boolean techniques and AI tools like ChatGPT.
- Conducting initial screenings and in-depth interviews to match candidates with the perfect roles.
Team Collaboration
- Working closely with a Lead Recruiter to refine your strategies and learn best practices.
- Partnering with business leaders, sales teams, and management to understand client needs and deliver the best candidates.
Innovative Recruitment
- Utilizing the latest recruitment technologies and strategies to stay ahead in the industry.
- Continuously improving the candidate experience through creative and effective communication.
Client Interaction
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs.
- Presenting qualified candidates and providing insights on market trends.
Professional Development
- Engaging in ongoing training sessions and webinars to stay updated on the latest industry trends.
- Sharing knowledge and best practices with the team to foster a culture of continuous learning.
Administrative Excellence
- Managing candidate data and recruitment processes using ATS (ideally Bullhorn).
- Ensuring all administrative tasks are completed efficiently to support smooth operations.
What We're Looking For
- Experience: Preferred at least 1-2 years of technical Oracle specific recruitment. Required 2-3 years of IT recruitment with a minimum of 1-2 years focused on ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, Workday, ServiceNow, or UKG/Kronos.
- Skills: Proficiency in advanced Boolean techniques and the use of AI/ChatGPT in recruitment.
- Pipeline Management: Demonstrated ability to cultivate candidate pipelines and manage candidates effectively.
- ATS Expertise: Hands-on experience with ATS, preferably Bullhorn.
- Full Lifecycle Recruitment: From sourcing to onboarding, you've done it all!
- Agency Experience: A background in staffing agencies is highly preferred.
