Commercial Real Estate Attorney needed to handle commercial leases and title review. Firm offers lower billable hours and more autonomy than larger firms.
The position is available in either Charleston or Columbia.
Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of transactional commercial real estate experience, including but not limited to drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, and real estate financing. Experience in title review is strongly preferred.
- Top candidates will have experience with commercial leasing for retail and/or industrial clients
- Large firm or sophisticated boutique experience is strongly preferred
- Admitted and in good standing with SC State Bar
