A Large manufacturing company in Appleton is seeking a Customer Service Representative join their team. The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience and will be proficient in MS Office. This position allows you to work from home 2 days per week.

Job Duties:
- Customer service
- Respond to business customers via Phone, email, and chat
- Processing payments over the phone
- Sending out invoices as requested
