Job Description: Regional Mitigation Estimator

Responsibilities:
• Provide leadership and guidance to ensure all activities comply with project scope, budget, and metrics.
• Write 150-200 estimates per month.
• Utilize Xactimate (Level 2 or higher) for estimate writing.
• Proficiently use Matterport to scope and estimate mitigation and reconstruction jobs.
• Work with the Reconstruction Director, Mitigation Director, and franchisees to ensure accurate and timely estimates.

• Proficiency with Xactimate is required.
• Prior experience as a mitigation manager, construction project manager, estimator, or insurance adjuster is a strong plus.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in mitigation and reconstruction of commercial and residential properties.
• Level 2 Xactimate training.
• Knowledge of Simsol Estimating Software.
• Knowledge of Symbility Estimating Software.
• Proficiency in using Matterport for scoping and estimating jobs.
• IICRC certifications: WRT (Water Damage Restoration Technician), AMRT (Applied Microbial Remediation Technician), ASD (Applied Structural Drying Technician) are beneficial.
