Position Title: IT Service Desk Specialist

Pay rate: $20-21/hr.
Description
The Service Desk Agent serves as the primary contact for IT support, offering exceptional customer service by responding to incoming calls, documenting issues, and resolving technical problems efficiently. This role involves troubleshooting enterprise software and hardware, ensuring first-call resolution, and providing after-hours support as needed. Strong communication skills, technical expertise, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment are essential. Two to five years of relevant experience in a complex, high-tech setting are preferred.
