Aviation Application Product Manager
We are seeking an Product Manager to work onsite in the South Metro Denver area. Products supported are SaaS Aviation industry applications, as such, aviation experience is required. This role is fully onsite and a generous relocation package is provided for strong candidates. This role is not open to sponsorship at this time.
Required Expereince:
-Product Development:
- Translate product vision into detailed requirements and prototypes.
- Work closely with engineering, design, and QA teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
- Prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on business and customer impact.
-Project Management:
- Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches.
- Track and report on product performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.
-Stakeholder Communication:
- Communicate product status, key decisions, and risks to stakeholders.
- Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare and present product updates to senior management.
-Customer Focus:
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product improvements.
- Work with customer support and sales teams to understand customer needs and pain points.
- Ensure that the product meets or exceeds customer expectations.
-Marketing and Sales Support:
- Collaborate with marketing to develop go-to-market strategies and product positioning.
- Assist in the creation of product marketing materials and sales tools.
- Provide training and support to sales teams on new product features and benefits.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in product management or related roles.
- Aviation Experience is REQUIRED - private pilot, ex-pilot, PM, aviation IT, or otherwise!
- Strong understanding of product development lifecycle and methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
- Proficiency with product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Aha!) and data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics).

Compensation/Benefits:
-90K-120K base
