Responsibilities:
- Support the management, development and administration of global HR Systems (Workday, Kronos, etc.).
- Support a range of projects, using HR knowledge and system expertise to ensure success.
- Research and recommend HR system enhancements and process improvements.
- Research, test, and implement new features of current systems.
- Interface with IT and HR system users to support the development and implementation of business systems and processes that positively impact the business and user experience.
- Ensure HR processes are documented and updated as needed.
- Provide training to end users on functional use of the systems and maintain the training library.
- Support Workday and Kronos to ensure users are appropriately trained and useful reports are generated and managed.
- Generate reports to support HR functions, including compensation, compliance, performance management, and workforce analytics.
- Ensure that data is accurately processed and maintained according to organization rules and applicable regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, Technology or other related field.
- 1-3 years working experience in an analyst or similar role.
- Working experience with Workday or other business systems is preferred.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for interactions with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- HR Experience is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments while maintaining attention to detail and a focus on results.
