Responsibilities:
- Assist with on-site management to ensure project success
- Ensure project plan is moving forward to meet anticipated deadlines
- Responsible for managing RFIs, submittals, and subcontracts
- Processes owner billings and project related documentation from award to turnover
- Develop work schedules, plans, and manage project budgets
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Construction Management
- 5+ years of experience as a project coordinator, project engineer, or project manager
- Strong experience in Bluebeam, Microsoft Projects, AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office Suite
- P6 experience is a plus
- Familiarity with rules, regulations, Best Management Practices and performance standards
- Hawaii resident with current valid driver's license + clean abstract
- Must be able to pass background check
