Position: Leasing Agent
Location: Cutler Bay, FL
Pay: $18/hr
Experience: Previous experience in real estate, property management, or other related fields required; familiarity with real estate contracts and leases
Education: High school diploma or GED
Type: Full-time; Contract
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
HH Staffing is seeking a Leasing Agent to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description:
- Facilitate move-ins, lease renewals and leasing apartments
- Generating and handling prospect traffic, qualifying prospects and prepare lease documentation
- Complete move-in procedures, providing high quality resident service
- Communicate residents needs to the maintenance team and appropriate office staff
Position Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Tax credit experience desired
- Bilingual (Spanish preferred)
- Ability to build rapport with clients
