SAP GRC Security Analyst
Day 1 Onsite Sunnyvale, CA (Prefer local only)
Hybrid – 3 days / Week

Required Experience:
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in SAP GRC 12.0 and S/4HANA.
- Configuration experience with GRC 12.0, UI Masking and Logging and SAP ETD.
- Develop, implement, and monitor a strategic, comprehensive enterprise information security and IT risk management program to ensure that the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of information is owned, controlled, or processed by the organization.
Skills and Abilities:
- Diagnosis and monitoring of operational processes working with established known systems and processes.
- Requires the ability to draw on data to make a diagnosis and between alternative methods to address individual issue(s).
- Ability to drill down into technical and functional issues and solve complex and detailed problems.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Actively design SAP Access roles and access reviews in collaboration with the SAP security team and the Internal controls team.
- Implement the solution architecture for and the maintenance of the SAP GRC module.
- Support estimating, scoping and sequencing of projects across cross-functional teams.
- Improve, enhance and configure Access control and drive the roadmap, automation and optimization of SOX control processes.
- Regularly audit and review roles and assignments for segregation of duties conflicts, compliance with company policies and the SOX rule set.
- Act as a technical consultant for the business, ensuring security processes for systems align with business needs, architecture and technical standards.
- On an ongoing basis, conduct security assessments and audits of SAP Application portfolio to identify and resolve issues, weaknesses and gaps in processes and technology.
- SOX Rule building in GRC Access Control and Process Control, GRC Workflow customization.
- Effectively handle stakeholder expectations while judging several high priority activities.
- Maintains effective and cooperative working relationships with business owners, IT staff, project consultants and vendors.
- Develop and grow the existing SAP GRC teams into a high performance, efficient and effective team
- Provide coaching, mentoring/guidance and leadership to all administrators (internal employees and external contractors) on-site as well as off-shore.
Education:
- Bachelors (undergraduate) in Science or Masters preferred.
Pay Range: $70/hr - $75/hr
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
