Job Title: Operations Manager

Summary:
At Sendero Provisions Co., we're looking for an experienced and innovative Operations Manager to lead our warehouse and operations. As our Operations Manager, you'll play a key role in driving efficiency, scalability, and innovation across all operational processes while ensuring seamless integration of advanced business systems like NetSuite and DOMO. This role is essential to supporting our growth and maintaining the high standards our customers expect.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: (Other duties may be assigned on an as-needed basis)
- Oversee and optimize warehouse operations, including all shipping and receiving, to ensure efficient and effective management of resources.
- Assist with the logistics and supply chain activities, integration and continuous improvement of NetSuite, focusing on inventory management, order processing, and tracking key operational KPIs to enhance overall performance.
- Ensure the accurate and timely fulfillment of all outbound orders, meeting the needs of both eCommerce and wholesale customers.
- Manage shipping operations in collaboration with the Product Manager, ensuring compliance with shipping regulations, vendor guidelines, and international shipping standards.
- Lead and develop warehouse teams, providing guidance and training to meet and exceed operational goals.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration across departments such as sales, customer service, and finance, to ensure that operations align with broader business objectives.
- Utilize DOMO for real-time business analytics, enabling data-driven decision-making to optimize warehouse operations and improve efficiency.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) regularly to identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and operational excellence.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols, ensuring full compliance with local, state, and federal regulatory standards, including OSHA requirements.
- Provide regular, comprehensive reports to senior management on operational performance, highlighting key metrics, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in operations management, with a strong focus on warehouse and logistics.
- Extensive experience with ERP systems, particularly NetSuite, and business analytics platforms such as DOMO.
- Proven track record in leading and developing teams in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements for shipping and warehouse operations, including international logistics.
