Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Experienced Childcare Director at Northstar Preschools. The Childcare Director will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, implementing educational programs, communicating with parents and staff, and ensuring the high-quality care of children.

- Education background or related experience

- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to create and implement educational programs
- Experience with staff management and training
