John Owens Services is looking for an experienced Plumbing Department Manager to supervise our growing Plumbing Service, Plumbing Drain Cleaning, Plumbing Installation and Hydronics Department.
We are a well-established company serving Marin and Sonoma counties since 1986. We are looking for reasonable, profitable growth in our Plumbing Services department. We operate from Petaluma in the center of our territory. We have a great facility, great support staff, and well stocked trucks and warehouse. We have a strong emphasis on in-house training.
The successful candidate will understand all phases of plumbing, and how to apply the right person to the right job with the right materials. We are a highly organized, thorough company. Please don't apply if you are not an attention to detail person. You must have a strong understanding of the financial aspects of plumbing - understanding gross margin, job costing, inventory control, etc.

Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: $100K-$120K (dependent upon experience) + an incentive program
Required Plumbing Experience: 5 Years minimum
