Essential Job Functions:
- Manage and support day-to-day administration of benefit programs with vendors.
- Partner with HR, Payroll, and HRIS on benefits matters.
- Administer pension plans and process retiree health programs, ensuring accurate records and timely communication.
- Support communication activities to raise awareness and understanding of benefits programs.
- Resolve complex issues with HRIS, vendors, and processes; track and address HRIS interface problems.
- Assist with annual open enrollment, planning, and testing, and make HRIS system adjustments for benefit deductions.
- Support reporting, auditing, and preparation of regulatory documents (e.g., Form 5500, SPDs, SMMs, SARs).
- Uphold professional ethics and regulatory compliance for Health & Welfare.
Required Education, Experience, and Skills:
- Minimum 7 years of benefits experience.
- Experience managing vendors, programs, and coverage lines.
- Strong project management skills and understanding of regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to quickly learn HRIS and related payroll systems.
- Commitment to ethics and effective problem-solving and collaboration skills; experience in a multinational setting preferred.
