PAY: $102,000 minimum starting salary
SCHEDULE:
- Primary Care/Family Medicine Schedule: 1 (4 hour), 3 (8 hour), and 1 (12 hour) days
- Walk In: 4 (10 hour) days
- One Saturday per month (8am-12pm)

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Physician Assistant provides primary care services to children and/or adults as part of the provider team collaborating with licensed MD/DO physicians. Care may be provided to any program or site. The Physician Assistant will collaborate and consult when necessary with patients, families, support staff, other Advanced Practice Providers, OBGYN physicians as well as internal and external consultants in order to provide the appropriate high level of care. This position reports to the Family Medicine Department Chair.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- New graduate or experienced Nurse Practitioners welcome
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Graduate (or soon to be) of United States accredited Physician Assistant Program, new graduates must pass licensing exam
- Unrestricted Illinois Physician Assistant license, Illinois Controlled Substance License, Federal DEA, Illinois PA license
- Current CPR Certification (responsible for maintaining certification)
- Pediatric Experience Preferred
- Spanish fluency highly desired
