- Have led at least one Workday implementation project.
- Experiencing leading data conversion and data integrity efforts.
- Exposure to Workday software and/or integration toolsets.
- Experience with HR processes (Hire to Retire process, Payroll, Benefits, T&A, etc.).
- Exposure to JIRA or related issue tracking tools.
