Our client, an impact investment firm, is urgently seeking a Business Systems Consultant to support their planned technology changes on a part-time basis. This is an onsite, part-time contract role located in San Francisco. These changes include the migration of document management systems and implementation of a new CRM platform. Reporting directly to the COO, you will assess the impact on daily operating workflows and drive measurable results on all the technology change management initiatives. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support the COO and IT team in executing a ~3-month, vendor-led SharePoint implementation (migration from Egnyte cloud platform).
- Support the CEO and COO through the scoping and implementation processes for DealCloud CRM. Work with the business teams to translate, document, and communicate requirements and feedback to the developers during implementation and testing.
- Review and document the use of core operating systems (Egnyte, Outlook, Teams, Asana, LastPass, and Zoom). Recommend improvements to the COO and help execute these.
- After the changes, in consultation with the COO, train/upskill staff on the core operating systems.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5-7+ years of experience in company-wide project/program management as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role focused on technology projects. Consulting experience is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience documenting business processes.
- Experience in process improvement and optimization
- Outstanding written communication skills, including development of flow charts and other data visualizations.
- Demonstrated ability to translate between business and technical teams.
- Experience developing and delivering staff training in varied formats – individual, small group, live, recorded.
- Experience with Agile project management approaches. PMP Certification is a plus.
- Advanced hands-on technical experience with Office 365 and across Office collaboration products and services, including SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive for Business
- Experience as a CRM administrator or developer. Fluency with concepts in field customization, contact management, pipeline and workflow development, dashboards, etc. Prior work with DealCloud is a strong plus, but not a requirement.
