In this Direct Hire, Interior Designer role, you will bring your experience with managing "whole home" design projects and have an energetic attitude working both independently and alongside a collaborative design team in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.
You will own the success of the interior design projects from start to finish, including concept development, schematic design, design development, cd sets, client presentation, and project management, while creating an exceptional experience for the client throughout.

Annual Salary: DOE $65K - $85K + Benefits include $530 towards Health & Dental plan + 10 Paid Vacation Days
Location: Onsite in North Scottsdale office and various client locations

Job Responsibilities:
- Work independently to develop design intent and material selections
- Prepare and produce “magazine worthy” design presentations
- Develop plans, elevations, and renderings that illustrate the design intent and use of materials
- Create detailed proposals that maximize the client’s budget and timeline while ensuring profitability
- Use AutoCAD to create detailed working drawing sets of floor plans, elevations, and space planning
- Lead client installations and work closely with the operations team on the advanced planning and logistics leading up to the installation to create a “wow” experience for high-end clients
- Monitor progress and attend job site reviews during construction.
- Lead meetings and presentations with client and industry partners
- Maintain vendor relationships, request quotes and estimates, and ensure quality standards
- Develop and manage client, builder, and architect relationships that foster trust and referrals
- Take initiative, solve problems, collaborate, and proactively communicate with clients, the design team, and the operations team to ensure every project is a success
- 10% - 15% travel required (typically during summer months)
Qualifications:
- Associates or Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited interior design program
- 5+ years of luxury home interior design experience; luxury commercial/hospitality design experience is a plus
- Experience working with construction timelines and FF&E required
- Advanced working knowledge in AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, and Microsoft Office
- Comfortable leading client presentations, both in person and via Zoom
- Advanced aesthetic and technical design capabilities with fierce attention to detail
- Strong written communication, organizational skills and follow-through in a deadline driven environment
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
