Title: Associate Director/Director of Clinical Data Management - Biotech

This role involves leading and developing the data management function, ensuring high standards of data quality across multiple clinical programs. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the Clinical Data Management team.
- Oversee data management for clinical trials, ensuring data integrity and quality.
- Collaborate closely with biostatistics and clinical operations teams.
- Implement and refine SOPs for data management processes.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in clinical data management.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on SOP creation and team development.
- Experience in biotech or CRO settings preferred.
