Skills and Experience Required:
Required
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in SFG administration, installation, and upgrades.
- Proven experience with Aspera, SSP/SEAS, Cipher, WAF, and MFA upgrades and administration.
- In-depth knowledge of Sterling File Gateway (SFG).
- Strong understanding of file transfer protocols (FTP, SFTP, HTTP, HTTPS).
- Experience with Linux/Unix systems.
- Proficiency in security protocols and encryption technologies.
- Familiarity with network configurations and firewalls.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on security and compliance.
Desired
- Certifications related to SFG, Aspera, or related technologies.
- Experience in large-scale IT environments.
- Familiarity with cloud-based file transfer solutions.
