About the Job
Performance Validation is seeking a Project Support Coordinator to support our project teams in providing a full range of administrative project support, with a specific focus on ensuring projects are profitably and efficiently delivered at a client site in Indianapolis, IN.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Account Director and site managers in preparing/managing monthly project status reports, assisting in facilitation of internal reporting requirements, and developing/maintaining deliverable tracking spreadsheets
- Source/obtain quotes for spare parts related to commissioning/maintenance package development work, and coordinate with suppliers and maintain a database of quotes and procurement activities
- Check team-member learning plans 2-3 times per week to ensure compliance and avoid overdue items; maintain accurate records of learning plan statuses and follow up on any pending requirements
- Coordinate client onboarding/offboarding activities for employees ensuring a smooth transition process
- Support the organization and tracking of local equipment
- Maintain and manage the travel schedule for team members; coordinate travel arrangements for projects through the client travel system
- Provide administrative backup support and collaborate with administrative peers across the company to share best practices, streamline processes, and support each other in achieving division and company goals
Minimum Qualifications
- Two or more years in an administrative or technical support role
- Experience in a pharmaceutical setting preferred
- A Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred
