We are seeking candidates for Training Coordinator roles on the 1st shift. The hours for this position are 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday. Compensation for this opportunity is $24.00-$28.00 per hour. What you will do as a Training Coordinator:
- Organize and manage new hire setup and training
- Train all employees on how to use the MRP system (IQMS) to complete their job tasks
- Assess and validate training needs through multiple means, including consultation with senior officials and subject matter experts
- Develop and administer training programs for staff
- Create and maintain a training matrix to document the skills progression of each employee
- Research and analyze various functions within the training environment to assist with the development of training materials
- Establish processes and procedures to monitor and improve curriculum life-cycle
- Certify/re-certify all shop employees (safety training, forklift, bobcat, etc.)
- Guide supervisors and/or employees in planning job-related career development programs
What you need to be a Training Coordinator:
- 4+ years of work experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel and Word
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong people skills and the ability to give direction and train
- Ability to complete tasks with minimum supervision
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Consistent and punctual attendance to set schedule
