Exclusive Search: A top New Jersey law firm is seeking an experienced land use attorney to hit the ground running as part of a very busy real estate practice with large residential and commercial clients.
LAND USE ATTORNEY wanted with significant experience particularly with land use approval work. A minimum of 7 years of land use law experience required. Candidates should be licensed in New Jersey. New York and/or PA is a plus. The ideal candidate must be very well versed in handling the entire approval process from start to finish for large, multi-family apartment complexes for some of the largest players in the state. Depending on experience and portable business, the role can be Partner, Counsel or Senior Associate level. Will be part of a very busy real estate practice with tremendous growth.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7+ years of land use approvals for large residential complexes and commercial clients
- Experience working with engineers and municipalities to get deals approved
- Portable business a plus
- Transactional experience a plus
- Refinance experience a plus
- Must be admitted in NJ, NY and/or PA is a plus
