Qualified candidates will be admitted to practice in Florida and have 1-5 years of litigation experience, including taking and defending depositions; preparing and responding to discovery; drafting appropriate pleadings; researching, drafting and arguing motions; and preparing for mediations and trial. Ideal candidates will be able to write effectively, think strategically and critically, and have practiced in one or more areas of civil litigation, such as construction, real estate, contract, employment, directors’ and officers’ liability, and professional liability.

REQUIREMENTS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Draft estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives.
- Conduct client interviews to gather information and understand their needs and goals.
- Assist with tax planning considerations for estate plans.
- Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda on relevant estate planning issues.
- Manage client files and ensure timely completion of all tasks.
- Communicate effectively with clients to explain complex legal concepts in a clear and concise manner.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Law Degree from Accredited Law School
- Member in Good Standing, The Florida Bar
- Experience – 1-5 Years
Salary commensurate with experience.
