Supply Chain Analyst
Full time (40 hrs/week)
Adairsville, GA- Onsite 8-5pm
We are seeking a dynamic and analytical professional to assume the role of Sr. Analyst, Supply Chain – Order Management. As an integral member of our supply chain team, this position requires a unique blend of skills encompassing systems analysis, industrial engineering, inventory analysis, and order management. The ideal candidate will be a critical thinker who can understand the pivotal role supply chain systems play in achieving operational excellence.
What You’ll Do:
- Partner with fulfillment center (FC) operations and IT teams to troubleshoot data discrepancies between inventory levels on the floor and the WMS system
- Root cause analysis and resolution of issues related to inventory inaccuracies within the WM and OM systems
- Collaborate with FC leads and managers to address operational challenges stemming from system discrepancies
- Implement process improvements to enhance overall efficiency and accuracy in inventory management (resulting in better fulfillment rates)
- Provide business guidance for system configurations that maximize the Manhattan Active OMS capabilities
- Oversee the flow of orders through our systems and supply chain network to ensure seamless operations
- Drive key cross-functional collaboration to ensure a smooth customer experience by resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
- Collaborate with customer care teams to proactively address customers with orders at risk of cancellation
- Partner with store operations teams to identify store fulfillment process improvement opportunities
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related area
- Equivalent work experience will be considered
- Supply chain systems implementations, development, configuration and support. Including warehouse management systems (WMS), warehouse control systems (WCS), and material handling equipment (MHE)
- Experience or Knowledge of configuring and supporting Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM) and/or Manhattan Active Omni (OMS)
- Understanding of business operations and their relations to customer support
- Strong understanding of technology teams and processes
- Ability to identify process shortfalls and submit workable changes
- Experience in Root cause analysis
- Experience in Process improvement techniques (Six Sigma, Lean, etc.)
- Experience in Project Management
- Experience in financial justification
- Experience in strong logical and analytical skills
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel
- 2+ years of experience years of experience.
