- 4+ years structural experience with sheet metal for aircraft - Bucking/ Drilling Countersunk Rivets
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- HS Diploma/GED
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.

- Previous military background or defense contracting background
Day to Day:
Insight Global is seeking Structural Technicians III to join a client in Colorado Springs, CO. The Structures Technician will be responsible for interpreting blueprints and schematics to fabricate sheet metal for use with mounting LRUs including part fitting by bending, filing, trimming, framing, and riveting to dimensions listed. They will mount fixtures on the interior and exterior, measure parts with calibrated tools, and monitor quality for verification by the quality team. Candidates will need to have a high level of skill with riveting including the ability to match drill and countersink holes and buck/squeeze countersunk/button head rivets on objects of various dimensions. The work environment is very quality oriented over quantity and technicians are given a lot of leeway to work on their own accord.
