Job Description:
What You Will Be Doing:
We are seeking a forward-thinking and experienced control systems engineer to take on a leadership role in the design and implementation of automation and control systems for water and wastewater projects across the United States. This position is central to our engineering practice leadership team, and you will be responsible for significant client management, working closely with operators, maintainers, managers, and engineers to align project outcomes with client goals. In this role, you'll mentor less experienced engineers, while also enhancing your own skills by collaborating with seasoned experts in system design, networking, telemetry, equipment selection, construction supervision, and project management.
You’ll contribute fresh ideas and innovative solutions to projects, facilitate workshops, prepare deliverables and technical reports, and effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Your contributions will help utilities improve operations, sustain systems, and produce and share quality data consistently.

Requirements:
- Registered Professional Engineer in the United States by examination, or able to obtain PE registration within 12 months.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in control systems design and/or system implementation, along with progressive Project Management experience.
