JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Lead Projects: Take the reins on exciting projects and see them through from concept to execution.
* Develop and Integrate: Develop custom PX4-based systems to drive our remote/autonomous robotic systems.
* Collaborate: Partner with a talented team of R&D engineers and programmers to innovate and push the boundaries of what's possible.
* Government Contracts: Use your experience with DoD contracts to manage deliverables, requirements, and help put together compelling proposals.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor's Degree with 5-10 years of experience in the field
* Project leadership experience
* Proven experience with PX4, Ardupilot, or similar.
* Experience developing software for Drones.
* R&D Lab experience would be a plus.
* Experience working on government contracts, preferably with the Air Force or Army.
* Must be a creative problem-solver who loves tackling new challenges, learning new skills, and finding innovative solutions to never before solved problems.
* Must be a team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, R&D environment.
