Responsibilities
- Design and prototype algorithms for processing and fusing raw sensor data to enhance tracking performance and resilience.
- Define and improve key performance metrics for processed data and positioning tracking, including precision, accuracy, range, noise level, and output data rate.
- Lead the design and automation of experiments to validate algorithm and hardware performance.
- Conduct statistical and geometric analysis on raw sensor data to optimize software and hardware configurations.
- Develop and model non-ideal behaviors of physical systems for precise measurements.
- Contribute to exploring and developing new technologies as a core member of our R&D team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science with a focus on signal processing or algorithms, or a related field.
- A minimum of 4 years of professional postgraduate experience in the United States.
- Proficiency in C, C++, and Python for data processing, modeling, and simulations.
- Experience in designing signal processing algorithms for real-time time series data.
- Familiarity with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Ability to design and implement real-time optimization algorithms, including linear and nonlinear solvers.
- Profound understanding of coordinate and pose transformations.
- Strong background in linear algebra, physics, and electromagnetics.
- In-depth knowledge of deterministic, statistical signal processing, and optimization techniques.

- Experience in modeling real-sensor systems under adverse conditions.
- Proficiency in machine learning techniques for data analysis and algorithm development.
- Experience in microsecond to millisecond scale real-time algorithm development.
