Twincraft is a dynamic, fast growing and innovative personal care product manufacturer with three locations in Winooski and Essex Junction, Vermont. We are looking for an individual who has the following attributes to join our Procurement Team:
- Ability to apply critical and strategic thinking while obtaining quotes and placing purchase orders
- Ability to source new vendors to increase value across quality, delivery, and cost as well as effectively communicate, negotiate, and maintain relationship with our preferred vendors
- Ability to resolve performance challenges such as quality and delivery
- Ability to develop a solid knowledge of current materials and appropriate vendor sources
- Ability to demonstrate sound judgement relative to optimal quantities/substitute materials/etc.
- Ability to multi-task on a high functioning level with excellent time management skills
