Key Responsibilities:
- Claims Oversight: Handle the full claims lifecycle, ensuring effective resolution and the best outcomes for clients.
- Complex Issue Handling: Resolve intricate coverage issues with expertise and efficiency.
- Client Engagement: Foster and maintain strong client relationships, addressing their needs and concerns with professionalism.
- Team Interaction: Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners to streamline the claims process.
- Technical Proficiency: Apply extensive knowledge of Auto, General Liability, Property, and Workers Compensation claims. Experience with only Property claims is insufficient.
- Experience Requirements: Must have a background in commercial lines; personal lines experience is advantageous but not a substitute for commercial experience.
- Professionalism: Maintain composure and professionalism when dealing with challenging clients.
- Solution Orientation: Focus on finding effective solutions and support the Claims Director in managing assigned claims.
- Documentation: Ensure comprehensive documentation and monitoring of claims in the AMS system.

- Data Analysis: Analyze carrier system data to aid in the renewal process and support Account Executive teams.
