Summary
Lead Financial Analyst oversees the team of Hospital Financial Analysts in preparation and delivery of financial reports, presentations, and day to day business analysis, including preparation of financial reports, Board decks and client joint operations committees meeting materials. This role with work closely with other teams on reporting and financial packages and aide in the transition of accounting functions and financial reporting.
Responsibilities
- Hospital Risk Pool analysis and reporting
- Daily cash flow preparation
- Update IBNR models
- Monthly bank reconciliations
- Prepare Capitation summaries by Plan and lines of business
- Prepare and review Hospital client reports
- Create and manipulate queries through SQL for data extraction
- Prepare financial and board packages
- Assist in updating automations of data mining
- Ad hoc reporting
