MUST:

You will focus on admin assistant duties like scheduling, organizing, and managing calendars. You will also specialize in office manager duties such as ordering supplies, making sure office supplies are organized, checking in visitors, greeting customers that come into the office, and many more duties. We are hoping to find a qualified and energetic individual who can ensure the office stays organized and on track on a daily basis. Lastly, the ideal candidate has strong computer skills and is capable of using the Microsoft Office Suite.
