Under the general direction of the Director, Facility Services, perform work tickets requests and work with manager to monitor and inspect the conditions of the suite, scheduling vendors, communicating to departments, and landlord. Manage conference and training room requests and setup. Issue and manage badge and camera process.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
•Manage Room reservations, setups, suite equipment, company car, and moves: Manage schedule for training room and conference room set ups, office moves, assemble furniture, mount whiteboards, install monitor arms, change water filters, mount pictures and replace light bulbs, etc. Maintain company van as well usage logs and keeping files of repairs, license, and insurance paperwork. Assist manager to coordinate office and workstation moves.

•Monitor conditions of our suite: Perform daily walk-throughs of our space and immediately reporting any problems to manager. Maintain the up keep of our suite by monitoring walls, wood floors, glass doors, hardware, carpet, window blinds, and window shades, light fixtures, painting areas as needed and keeping a log of all repairs. Provide basic, minor repairs to plumbing, electrical and small appliances. Ensure that all water filters under sink in pantries are replaced twice a year.

• Manage vendors working onsite:
Schedule and monitor onsite vendors to ensure compliance. Inform necessary departments, leadership, and landlord about scheduled start and end times for work, impacts to the business, work with Communications department to send message to associates when necessary.

•Maintain inventory of tools and storage rooms:
Ensure all tools, carts and ladders operate in the proper and safe manner and are stored in proper location at all times. Maintain key cabinet with keys to offices and file cabinets. Keep storage rooms, loading dock, and Facilities department neat and always organized.

•Perform interior painting:
Monitor walls, doors and stairs in order to know when to paint these areas. Verify paint color to ensure the proper paint is used at all times.

• Computer literacy for facilities programs and Office 365:
Knowledge of Service Now work order system, Badge and Camera systems. Ability to function in a multi-system Microsoft environment using Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe, and department software applications. Maintain documents in shared facilities folder and SharePoint for accurate records keeping.

Education & Experience
- High School diploma or General Education Degree
- 3 years of facilities related experience
- Microsoft Office Skills
- Knowledge and experience in the use of hand tools and performing minor repairs
- Excellent customer service and teamwork skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
