As a Financial Services Representative you will assist clients with their financial needs, including opening accounts, offering product recommendations, and processing transactions. You will build strong relationships with customers, understand their financial goals, and guide them toward the right financial solutions.

Salary: $60,000 - $65,000
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and engage in active listening to understand their financial needs and concerns.
- Provide detailed information on various financial products and services, including checking and savings accounts, loans, credit cards, and investment options.
- Assist clients in opening new accounts, managing existing accounts, and processing transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
- Offer personalized financial advice based on the customer’s financial situation, helping them make informed decisions about their financial future.
- Sales and Referrals: Identify opportunities to cross-sell or refer clients to other financial products and services that align with their needs.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to accounts, transactions, and other financial matters in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure all transactions and interactions comply with banking regulations, company policies, and procedures, maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and security.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and financial data in the company’s CRM system.
- Work closely with other team members and departments to provide seamless customer service and achieve overall company goals.
- Stay updated on financial products, services, and industry trends by participating in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a financial services, banking, or customer service role.
