Our client is looking for an Insurance Defense Attorney, you will be responsible for representing insurance companies or their insured clients in legal matters related to claims and disputes arising under insurance policies.

Roles Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of insurance defense matters efficiently and effectively from inception to resolution.
- Conduct legal research on insurance laws, regulations, and precedents to provide accurate legal advice and strategies.
- Represent insurance companies or insured clients in court proceedings, mediation, arbitration, and settlement negotiations.
- Prepare pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests, and other legal documents necessary for litigation and settlement.
- Ensure compliance with insurance policies, regulations, and ethical standards throughout the litigation process.
- Stay updated on developments in insurance law, litigation trends, and legal strategies through continuing legal education and professional development.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the state bar and eligibility to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Experience practicing law, preferably with a focus on Insurance defense or General liability.
- Strong understanding of insurance law, tort law, civil procedure, and evidence rules.
- Experience representing insurance companies or insured clients in a variety of insurance defense matters, including personal injury, property damage, and professional liability claims.
- Trial experience and a successful track record of litigating cases to verdict.
