Role Description
This is a full-time in office role for an Assistant Maintenance Supervisor at Four Seasons Property Management in Charlotte, NC. The Assistant Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for answering maintenance calls, assigning work orders, following up on repairs, coordinating maintenance with vendors turning on utilities at vacant homes.

- College Education Preferred
