We are seeking a Director of Residential Operations to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing our residential division comprised of three branches.
Job Description
The Director of Residential Operations is a leadership role responsible for overseeing the operational, procedural and strategic aspects of our residential service division. This position requires a dynamic leader with a strong background in managing multiple branches, enforcing company policies, customer service and guiding general managers to achieve organizational goals.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the residential division.
- Provide visionary leadership and direction for the Residential Division.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and operational efficiency.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment, encouraging team development and high performance.
- Supervise managers and staff, ensuring that they meet deadlines and deliverables.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, industry regulations, and best practices across all branches.
- Regularly review and update policies and procedures to maintain compliance and address emerging issues.
- Address and resolve policy violations or deviations in a timely and effective manner.
- Responsible for maintaining and enforcing customer service standards, professionalism, and healthy branch culture.
- Maintaining relationships throughout various branches with clients, partners, employees, managers, and other stakeholders.
- Supervise daily operations and manage departmental staff.
- Enforce project deadlines and maintain high standards of professional behavior.
- Cultivate a positive and productive work environment.
- Conduct regular site visits and performance evaluations to ensure consistency and quality of service.
- Implement best practices and standardized procedures across all branches to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments to align and develop financial goals.
- Manage, review, and approve man hours for residential division
- Staffing and training for the division.
- Successfully design and implement new income streams and opportunities.
- Other duties, as assigned.
Qualifications:
-Bachelors in business management or 5 years management experience
-Strong leadership skills
-Proven experience as director or district manager.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on managerial problem solving and employee relations

Pay Range: $65,000-$90,000
