Essential Responsibilities/Duties:
- This position offers the opportunity to handle complex cases with a Partner as well as manage cases independently
- Conducting bench trials/ Jury trials as first or second chair
Required Education and Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in relevant Personal Injury cases
- Eligibility to practice law in Massachusetts
